1. Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery across all Emirates in the UAE, including:
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Abu Dhabi
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Umm Al Quwain
- Fujairah
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 working days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard UAE Shipping: AED 10
- Free delivery for orders above AED 200
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation message containing:
- Your order number
- Delivery status updates
- Courier tracking information (if available)
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will contact you prior to delivery. If the delivery attempt fails:
- A second attempt will be scheduled
- If unreachable, the order may be returned to us
Re-delivery fees may apply if the courier cannot reach the customer after multiple attempts.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available depending on your delivery location. Additional COD service charges may apply as shown at checkout.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate. BTZ Bactozero FZC LLC is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
- Orders returned due to unreachable phone number
If the shipment is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours with photos or video for verification.
We will arrange:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (as per our Refund Policy)
9. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available.
