3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times within the UAE are as follows:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 working days
  • Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
  • Remote Areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1–2 hours if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


5. What is your return and refund policy?

BTZ Bactozero FZC LLC offers UAE-compliant returns and refunds. You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days. Non-returnable items include opened hygiene products, customized items, and final-sale products. For more details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status through our courier partner.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund. Return shipping is covered by BTZ Bactozero FZC LLC for defective or wrong items.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.
